How do I create a new Password?

I used the temporary password to get to the page I needed, but I don't see any place where I can create a new password. When I click on "your Profile", it asks me to enter my password...but I don"t have a new one, yet. When I entered the temporary password, it refused to recognize it. When I returned to the previous page, it stated that I was logged on as Bo/eBookIt.

I will try clearing my cached pages, but I don't know if this will help.

I may have to call you.

There seems to be a problem with some e-mail clients encoding the temporary password and turning it into a long string. The temporary password should be just 12 characters long and start with a "TE". I have resent your temporary password in plain text... this should do it. Let me know.

This section is confusing. I would like to know how, once in the client area, I can create a new password.
The site has no answer I can find.

Since you are already in the Client Area, it sounds like you know your existing password. Here's how to change it:

Within eBookIt.com, in the black bar toward the top of the page, on the right hand side, click on the small "person" (head and torso) icon. (If you float your mouse over it, you'll see a tool tip pop-up that says "Edit Your Profile".)
If you are logged in, your email address should be pre-filled on the next page. If not, enter it. And click Next.
Enter your existing password, and click Login.
The fourth field down is Change Password.
Passwords must be at least 7 characters in length and contain at least one number and one letter. Enter your new password twice as directed.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Update Your Details.
Your password will now be updated!
