Question: Self-publisher recognition

You are welcome to publish under your own publishing company name. To do this, you would need to provide an ISBN specific to the edition that we would be distributing for you. (If using a complimentary eBookIt.com ISBN, however, the publisher name would be listed as "eBookIt.com", as the ISBN is from our block).

When a client provides their own ISBN and publisher/imprint name, in addition to providing that to retailers in the metadata, we'd also add "Published by [your imprint]" to the copyright page [if you are having us do the conversion or layout]. For eBooks, we would also add "Converted by eBookIt.com", but we can remove that upon request.

Print books where we are providing the ISBN would also have eBookIt in the metadata-- and we can generally customize the copyright page as requested (such as including the publishing company name).
