No. eBookIt sells DRM-free eBooks and audiobooks. You are free to read or listen on any device or app without restrictions.

eBookIt distributes books through the SelfPublishing.pro platform. If you are already a SelfPublishing.pro author, enable eBookIt distribution in your title settings. If you are new, visit SelfPublishing.pro to learn about publishing your book.

No. You can purchase and download any book without creating an account. Your receipt and download links are sent directly to the email address you provide at checkout.

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a receipt email with download links for each file format you purchased. Click a link to download your file. Links are valid for 72 hours and can be used up to 5 times, so save your file once downloaded.

Download links expire after 72 hours. If your link has expired, please contact us using the Contact page and include your order email address. We can regenerate your download links at no charge.

Most eBooks are available in PDF, EPUB, and MOBI formats. The formats available for a specific title are shown on its book detail page before you purchase.

Audiobooks are available as a ZIP archive (containing individual MP3 chapters) and/or as a single M4B file. Available formats are listed on the book detail page.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available depending on your browser and device.

On the book detail page, click "Have a promo code?" and enter your code before clicking the buy button. Valid codes will show the discounted price before you proceed to checkout.

Because eBooks and audiobooks are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical problem with a file, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Each download link allows up to 5 downloads within 72 hours of purchase. We recommend downloading your file once and saving it to a safe location such as your computer or cloud storage.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we will look up your order and resend the receipt.
