For EPUB files, Apple Books (iPhone, iPad, Mac) and most ebook apps on Android work great. PDF files open on any device or computer without a special app. MOBI files are designed for older Kindle devices — if Kindle gives you trouble, try the EPUB or PDF version instead. For audiobooks, M4B is ideal for Apple devices and many audiobook apps; the ZIP download contains individual MP3 chapters you can play in any media player.

Yes. On the book detail page, audiobooks that include a sample have a built-in audio player you can use before purchasing. If no player appears, a sample is not available for that title.

Yes. Some titles include a short video trailer on the book detail page. If one has been uploaded, it appears near the top of the page, just below the cover image. A few titles may show a YouTube preview instead. Not every book has a video — it depends on what the author has provided.

Those are links to other retailers where the same book may also be available. Clicking them takes you to that store's website — it is a separate purchase and not through eBookIt. Buying directly from eBookIt gives you DRM-free files in all available formats with instant download.

Some authors have added a mailing list sign-up to their book page so readers can stay updated on new releases. Signing up is completely optional and connects you directly with that author — it is not managed by eBookIt. You can safely ignore it if you are not interested.

Yes. When a title is available in both formats, the book page shows separate purchase buttons for each. You can buy them independently — each purchase delivers its own download links to your email.

You don't. Not here. Ebookit.com is just a public bookstore website since about 2021. If you had an account with ebookit.com prior to that, your account is now on SelfPublishing.pro - same owner, same business, different name.

No. eBookIt sells DRM-free eBooks and audiobooks. You are free to read or listen on any device or app without restrictions.

eBookIt distributes books through the SelfPublishing.pro platform. If you are already a SelfPublishing.pro author, enable eBookIt distribution in your title settings. If you are new, visit SelfPublishing.pro to learn about publishing your book.

No. You can purchase and download any book without creating an account. Your receipt and download links are sent directly to the email address you provide at checkout.

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a receipt email with download links for each file format you purchased. Click a link to download your file. Links are valid for 72 hours and can be used up to 5 times, so save your file once downloaded.

Download links expire after 72 hours. If your link has expired, please contact us using the Contact page and include your order email address. We can regenerate your download links at no charge.

Most eBooks are available in PDF, EPUB, and MOBI formats. The formats available for a specific title are shown on its book detail page before you purchase.

Audiobooks are available as a ZIP archive (containing individual MP3 chapters) and/or as a single M4B file. Available formats are listed on the book detail page.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available depending on your browser and device.

On the book detail page, find the "Promo code" field shown below the price. Enter your code and click Apply — the page will validate it instantly and update the price before you proceed to checkout.

Because eBooks and audiobooks are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical problem with a file, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Each download link allows up to 5 downloads within 72 hours of purchase. We recommend downloading your file once and saving it to a safe location such as your computer or cloud storage.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we will look up your order and resend the receipt.
